Any use of the Herefordshire Deli Hampers website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Herefordshire Deli Hampers and any person, firm or company ("the Purchaser") placing an order online with Herefordshire Deli Hampers for the supply of any goods ("the Goods"). Herefordshire Deli Hampers by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Herefordshire Deli Hampers website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Herefordshire Deli Hampers stated herein. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, Herefordshire Deli Hampers reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
2. Website Security

Herefordshire Deli Hampers provides a 100% secure payment system using Paypal's service to provide a safe and easy method to carry out your transactions. Private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. For added security, we do not store your credit card details. The Purchaser should see a yellow padlock in their browser status bar or next to the address bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Clicking on this padlock symbol will display the certificate details, including issuing company and validity dates.
3. Online Payment

Herefordshire Deli Hampers provides a secure payment system. All payment transactions will be processed by Paypal. Please read Paypal's purchases terms & conditions. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. Credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa, Delta, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and Visa Electron.
4. Delivery/Ordering Information

Where do you deliver?
Herefordshire Deli Hampers can deliver to all UK addresses, with the exception, at present, of:
The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man and Ireland (Northern and Republic).
How much is the delivery?
There are three delivery options available to you.
1. UK Mainland:- £9.75 per consignment - up to 20kg and £0.27 per kilo after. This means that up to 2 hampers could be delivered to the same address for the same cost when purchased at the same time.
2. UK Mainland:- You may purchase more than one hamper and request delivery to two separate addresses. This will incur two delivery charges. £19.50.
3. Alternatively, for orders being delivered within a 5 mile radius of Hereford City you may opt to pay a flat rate charge of £6.50 per delivery.
Delivery charges include insurance in the unlikely event of damages.
Additional delivery surcharges apply to mainland Scotland and the Scottish Isles. For pricing structure, refer to Herefordshire Deli Hampers Shopping cart.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed. This allows our producers, some of whom undertake small batch runs of their produce, time to fulfill the orders and stock levels. If you have a specific delivery date request, please contact us via email and we shall make every effort to meet that request. However, we may have to charge an additional fee in order to fulfill this request.
What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries take place on a Tuesday and a Friday each week. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time.
What if the recipient is not home?
Delivery details are requested during the ordering process. Please ensure that this is accurate when ordering. APC will only leave parcels safe on premises or with neighbours where they have been given specific instruction to do so. If delivery has been unable to be made you will be left a card with a contact telephone number to rearrange delivery. Redelivery is at no additional cost and delivery addresses cannot be amended without your permission. If undelivered for the second time, the hamper will be returned to Herefordshire Deli Hampers and redelivery will be recharged to the Purchaser.
Order Tracking
All deliveries are sent via the APC network and can be fully tracked on the website www.apc-overnight.co.uk including proof of delivery.
VAT
All prices quoted on this site have had the VAT paid at purchase, where the producers are VAT registered. There is no additional VAT to be added.
Order as a gift
During Checkout you can enter a separate delivery address if you would like your order sent to someone other than yourself. You can also type in a special message in the field provided.

5. Returns & Refunds / Cancellations

Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging, and with the reason for your return of goods. Herefordshire Deli Hampers reserves the right to refuse full or partial refund if the reason for returning the goods is not justified. Every effort will be made to replace items as appropriate and if the reason for return is justified then we will happily refund the value of the goods.
Cancellations
All cancellations must take place no later than three days after the order has been placed. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation and delivery has been undertaken you must notify us on info@herefordshiredelihampers.co.uk. If you cancel the contract you must send the item, unused and in its original packaging, back to our contact address and we will refund the value of the goods. Unfortunately you will have to bear the cost of the return.
6. Damaged Goods

If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Herefordshire Deli Hampers within 3 days of receipt of Goods quoting the reference of the order. Damaged Goods must be returned to our address above, suitably packaged. Herefordshire Deli Hampers will replace or refund the items concerned.
7. Complaints / Customer Care

The Purchaser should inform Herefordshire Deli Hampers immediately of any problems by emailing info@herefordshiredelihampers.co.uk or phone (07590) 984193. We will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Herefordshire Deli Hampers on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone number or email address listed above. The telephone is not manned all the time so please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
8. Substitutions

Herefordshire Deli Hampers reserves the right to substitute any items included in the hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.
9. Alcohol

Please note that under the Licensing Act 1964 it is an offence for someone under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating drinks, or for adults to buy or attempt to buy on their behalf. The penalties are outlined below.

Some of the products offered for sale on this site contain intoxicating drinks. In accepting these terms and conditions, if you are purchasing products that contain intoxicating drinks, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and legally allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks and that they are not being sent to anyone under the age of 18.
10. Force Majeure

Herefordshire Deli Hampers will exercise every reasonable effort to fulfill the delivery of the goods that you order in the manner that it is sold in. Herefordshire Deli Hampers shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
11. Privacy Policy

Herefordshire Deli Hampers collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Herefordshire Deli Hampers to process the Purchaser's order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
Under no circumstances will personal details including email addresses be passed onto any third party companies. In addition Herefordshire Deli Hampers will not email marketing material to the Purchaser unless prior consent has been obtained. If the Purchaser does not wish to receive any promotional material they can uncheck the 'Promotions' box in their personal details.
