Baileys Real Food Company, Leominster.

The Original Jackson Bar, having just won a Great Taste gold award for 2010, is a lovely new addition to the range on offer. The idea for the bar was born from the Bailey family's own need to find a healthy, satisfying snack. Something with no added sugar, so no highs and lows (but not "sugar free" where the sweetness comes from a chemical alternative) and something other than wheat!


Bearwood Bees, Local Honey and Hive Products, Pembridge.
Honey made by happy bees in Herefordshire. Dan and Suzanne Wenczek are local bee keepers, responsible for nurturing and harvesting truely delicious local honey.

Broadfield Court
Suppliers of the Broadfield Special Reserve 2010 white wine. A rounded, full-bodied yet delicate wine echoing evocative scents of an English garden, this delivers a depth of flavour that is as delicious as it is distinctive. Made from grapes from their own Estate, Broadfield Court is an award winning restaurant and offers outstanding food in beautiful Herefordshire surroundings and gardens.


Butford Organics
Suppliers of the organic beautiful Blackcurrant preserve, Magnificent Marmalade and award winning Aurora Perry. Butford Organics is an organic smallholding with their own cider apple and perry pear orchards. All produce is made on the farm and sold in the shop.

Dore Valley Chocolates

Suppliers of the lovely dark chocolate coffee bar and 8 box hedgerow creams. Their aim is to make their chocolates as fresh and unspoiled as the landscape. They're full of genuine flavours - real butter and cream, real alcohol, local (and sometimes hedgerow) fruits. Nothing is added that might spoil the flavour - so no preservatives, and, of course, no added fats. They use only top quality Belgian and French chocolate.


Dunkertons Cider Co.

Supplier of organic premium cider found in the Wye Hamper. Ivor and Susie Dunkerton started cider making 25 years ago buying in special varieties of cider apple from an old Museum Orchard. They continue their early practice of fermenting varieties separately and blending through the year. They are Soil Association registered and CAMRA West Midlands Cider of the Year 2006.


Frank's Biscuits
Suppliers of the boxed shortbread, chocolate orange & cranberry oaties and cracked black pepper savoury thins, Franks Luxury Biscuits is a family run bakery producing homemade biscuits and cakes from the finest natural ingredients.


Gwatkin's Cider
Suppliers of Yarlington Mill Cider. They are a small, family run business, based at Moorhampton Park Farm in Abbey Dore, Herefordshire. Not only is it a working farm, but it also their home. As well as keeping livestock they also own an apple and pear orchard that supplies them with the fruit needed to make the cider and perry.


Hereford Cider Museum

Suppliers of the 5 year old cider brandy from their King Offa Distillery. Cider Brandy is produced by distilling cider twice. It takes 40 gallons (182 litres) of cider to produce 4 gallons (18 litres) of distillate. The cider spirit is matured in oak casks for a minimum of 5 years and during this time the spirit loses its fire and gains its colour from the tannin found in the oak wood.

James' Gourmet Coffee Co, Ross-on-Wye.

James' Gourmet Coffee is the first eco-roasting company in Europe. Using Loring smart roast technology, they roast some of the best Gourmet Coffees in the world. Located in Ross in the southern part of the county, every care and attention to detail is taken to ensure that the best quality beans are roasted to perfection.

Jo Hilditch Cassis, Whittern Farms Ltd, Lyonshall.
This is not a traditional Cassis, not as sweet, and Jo feels not as cloying. But it is really blackcurranty with each bottle containing over 95% pure blackcurrant, the rest being British sugar to taste. Jo's hard work has paid off - her Cassis has won a gold star in the Great Taste Awards 2007; and was short-listed for the Telegraph/Sainsbury's Taste of Britain Award 2007.

During 2008 she has won 2 Gold Stars at the Great Taste awards, was Highly Commended in the Quality Drinks Awards and was a Finalist in the Made In Britain/Waitrose awards sponsored by Country Living. During 2009 she has been nominated a Local Food Hero by the Hairy Bikers and won the Drink Producer of the Year in the Flavours of Herefordshire festival.

Lyne Down Cider & Perry, The Cider Barn, Lyne Down Farm, Much Marcle, Ledbury.
Lyne Down Farm is well known for producing a clean and genuine 'real' cider and perry with a unique well balanced flavour that you can only get from using a local blend of Herefordshire fruit. Supplier of cider matured in oak whiskey barrels for a unique taste.

Monkhide Liqueurs
Suppliers of the brandy based pear liqueur and gin based sloe liqueur. The business was established in 2000 and is a family run business. They sell through 35 shops, farmers markets, food festivals and mail order. Their liqueurs are multi award winning, Golds and Silvers at Great Taste Awards and best liqueur at 2006 National Fruit Wine Awards.

Oliver's Cider and Perry

Suppliers of Shezam cider, Blakeney Red Perry, Rock Cider vinegar and bottled sparkling cider, Olivers features heavily through all the hamper range. Based at the farm at Ocle Pychard where cider making can be traced back three centuries.

Pixley Berries, Pixley Court, Ledbury.

The rich textured blackcurrant has a Cabernet Sauvignon quality, with a slightly minty edge. The combination of the aroma and flavour of this cordial transports you straight into a Herefordshire blackcurrant grove. The cordial is free from all additives and packed with anthocyanins, indicated by the characteristic deep dark blackcurrant colour.


PJ Apple Juice

Supplier of the PJ Gold Apple Juice from the heart of Herefordshire. Stephen Walker runs his business from his premises just outside of Pembridge. PJ Gold, is a refreshing non-alcoholic medium sweet drink made from 100% Jonagold apples and is available in each hamper bar the six alcohol bottle hamper.

Trumpers Tea, 1 St James Terrace, Green Street, Hereford.
Trumpers Tea are suppliers of top quality, loose leaf teas. Based in Hereford, they source all their teas directly from producers under the Fairtrade certification scheme, ensuring that whilst communities benefit from trading highest quality teas, Trumper's have a story to tell behind each and every blend! All their teas are blended from the whole leaf presenting your taste buds with a sensation that is guaranteed to cheer!

The English Breakfast is a lovingly created blend of gutsy Assams and bright, cheery Kenyans brought together with a light, yet punchy flavoured Ceylon. Oozing with flavour this will kick start your morning or brighten your day!

Tyrrell's Potato Chips

Suppliers of the mixed roots, habas fritas and tomato & sweet chilli dip, Tyrrells offer over 15 chip varieties, hand cooked in small batches in sunflower oil and seasoned with all natural and innovative seasonings. They boast 15 GOLD Great Taste Awards and Speciality Fine Food Producer of the year (Midlands).

Wye Valley Brewery
Suppliers of the Dorothy Goodbody’s Golden Ale, which was awarded Bronze at the Brewing Industry International awards 2005. Wye Valley Brewery was founded in 1985 and is dedicated to brewing the best cask conditioned beer possible. They only use the highest quality malt and hops, sourced locally where possible.
